Iran Human Rights, July 31: Two men were hanged in the prison of Isfahan, (in the central part of Iran) early today, reported the state run news agency Fars.
According to the report the men were identified as "Behnam J" (32) convicted of keeping 1 kilo and 645 grams of heroin, and Shahram A. convicted of keeping 166 grams and selling 15 grams of crack.

Jafar Kazemi, a post-election protester, at imminent danger of execution in Iran

Iran Human Rights, July 30: According to the reports from Iran Jafar Kazemi, one of the post-election prisoners might be at imminent danger of execution.
His death sentence has been approved by the Supreme court and sent to the section for implementation of the verdict. His execution could be carried out at any time.

Three people were hanged in the prison of Ahvaz, southwest of Iran

Iran Human Rights, July 27: Three people were hanged in the Karoun prison of Ahvaz (southwestern Iranian province of Khuzestan) yesterday morning, reported the official site of the judiciary in Khuzestan.
All the three were convicted of drug trafficking and identified by their initials as "A. A." convicted of keeping 80 grams of crack, "S. Z." convicted of keeping 335 grams of heroin and "S. M." for keeping 43 grams of heroin.

Iran Human Rights, July 22: Iranian authorities amputated the hands of five people inside a prison in the western city of Hamedan today July 22., reported the state run Iranian news agency Fars.
They were all convicted of robbery according to the report.
