Three Prisoners Executed in Public and One in the Prison Today- Two Executions Scheduled for Tomorrow in Southern Iran

Iran Human Rights, November 27: Four prisoners were hanged in the southern Iranian city of Bandar Abbas today, reported the official Iranian news agency. Three of the prisoners, who were not identified by name, were convicted of drug trafficking while one prisoner identified as "S. Gh." (34) was convicted of rape said the report. According to the report three of the prisoners were hanged in public while one of those convicted of drug trafficking was hanged in the central prison of Bandar Abbas. The report also said that two prisoners are scheduled to be hanged in the central prison of Bandar Abbas tomorrow Thursday 28. November.
