Iran Human Rights (MAY 23 2016): One prisoner was hanged in Qazvin Prison (northwestern Iran) on the morning of Thursday May 19, reports the official website of the Iranian Judiciary in the province of Qazvin.
The man, who was identified as "Sepahdar", was reportedly convicted of murdering another man who allegedely had an affair with his sister.
