Iran Human Rights, November 14: Two men were hanged in public in the town of Sahneh, in the Westyern province of Bakhtaran (Kermanshah), reported the state-run news agency ISNA. They were convicted of murder and rubbery. None of them were identified by name. In another report by the daily newspaper Etemaad, they were identified as "Hamid" and "Saeed".
