Two men hanged in Qom and Arak on October 31

Iran Human Rights October 31: Ona man was hanged in public in the city of Qom, south of Tehran, today , reported the official Iranian news agency IRNA. The man was identified as Mohammad Jamrasi (39) and he was convicted of immoral acts and child abuse. The Norwegian news agency (NTB) also reported quoting AFP, that another man was hanged in Arak charged for rape.

The Iranian government daily newspaper Iran, reported these hangings on November 1. The title of the news about the hanging in Qom was: "The develish man was hanged"
