Baluch Parviz Barahouyi Secretly Executed in Bandarabbas

According to the Baluch Activists Campaign, a Baluch man was executed in Bandarabbas Central Prison on November 30. His identity has been reported as Parviz Barahouyi who was arrested five years ago. He was sentenced to death for drug-charges by the Revolutionary Court.

Parviz was a father of two children and was denied the right to say goodbye to his family.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.

At least 498 people including 2 juvenile offenders and 13 women have been executed so far in 2022. Of the 498 people, 221 were executed for drug-related charges and 147 were Baluch minorities.
