Khalegh Khezrzadeh Executed for Drug Offences in Bandarabbas

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Bandarabbas Central Prison on January 9. His identity has been established as Khalegh Khezrzadeh who sentenced to death for drug-related charges by the Revolutionary Court.

An informed source told Iran Human Rights: “Khalegh Khezrzadeh was arrested around three years ago on charges of carrying narcotics and sentenced to death.”

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.
