Iran Human Rights, December 19: According to reports from Iran, elleven people are scheduled to be executed in the southeastern Iranian city of Zahedan tomorrow Monday December 20.

The state run local news website Zahedannews reported that these people are "convicted of "terrorism" and participation in "bombing" of a mosque in Zahedan and shooting at the traffic police in Khash. Names of those scheduled to be executed tomorrow were not revealed in the report.

The bombing is believed to be a reaction to last week’s suicide bombing in Chah Bahar.

According to the state run news agency Fars, one woman, identified as Mahin, is scheduled to be executed in the prison of Qazvin, west of tehran, tomorrow morning.

Teh woman is convicted of murder according to the report.

Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam, the spokesperson of Iran Human Rights, condemned the scheduled executions and said: "These executions are a reaction to last week’s suicide bombing in Chah Bahar". He added:" We know of several prisoners who have been execued convicted of terrorism in the Baluchestan province prevously, but many of them have only been random prisoners without any connection to any organization or terrorist acts".

Amiry-Moghaddam finally warned about more executions to come, especially in the sensitive cases, during the Christmas when most of the world have their focus on the holidays.
