Gholamreza Khosravi not executed, but still in Danger

Iran Human Rights, September 10: According to reports from Iran, death row political prisoner, Gholamreza Khosravi, who was possibly scheduled to be executed today, is still alive.

One of Mr. Khosravi’s family members said today: "Gholamreza is alive and in good shape, but still sentenced to death. The sentence could be implemented at any moment."

Iran Human Rights (IHR) and several international organizations have called for the removal of Ghomareza Khosravi’s death sentence. Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam, the spokesperson for IHR said: "We are glad that Mr.

Khosravi’s sentence was not implemented today. We hope that the international campaign to save his life continues until the death sentence is removed."
