Three prisoners were hanged publicly in Iran today
Iran Human Rights, November 14: Three prisoners were hanged publicly in Arak (central Iran) this morning, reported the Iranian state media today.
According to the official website of the Iranian judiciary in Markazi Province three prisoners identified as Behzad (27), Mehdi (37) and Meysam (25) were hanged publicly in one of the streets of Arak this morning (Wednesday November 14). The prisoners were convicted of kidnapping and rape of a girl, and one of the prisoners was in addition convicted of murder, said the report.

Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam, the spokesperson of IHR, said: "Iranian people are being terrorized by the Iranian authorities’ horror show of public executions on a daily basis. International community must take serious measures against these barbaric acts".
