Farhad Baranzehi is a 24-year-old Baluch political prisoner arrested in March 2025. He was subjected to torture to confess to the charges he was accused of and is currently held in Zahedan Central Prison.
CHARGES: Baghy (armed rebellion) through membership of an opposition group (Jaysh-al-Adl).
STATUS: Sentenced to death by the Zahedan Revolutionary Court in July 2025.

A man identified only as Farid was executed in Ghezelhesar Prison on 14 October 2026. He had been sentenced to qisas (retribution-in-kind) for murder.
